General Terms and Conditions and consumer information in the context of purchase agreements concluded via the online shop between pitayacph.com - hereinafter referred to as "Seller" - and the customer - hereinafter referred to as "Customer".

1. Delivery, Prices, Shipping Costs

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide. Shipping within the EU is free on orders over 59 €. For destinations outside the EU, shipping costs vary and are displayed at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

  • Within the EU: approx. 1-3 business days
  • International: approx. 5-10 business days

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once your order has been packed and is ready for collection, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges: We offer one free exchange per order. To initiate an exchange, please use our returns portal.

Returns: Returns within the EU cost 4.95 €, regardless of order value. For returns from outside the EU, you arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself; no return fee applies.

How do I return my order?

How to return:

  1. Please use our returns portal to register your return.
  2. You will receive a QR code by email.
  3. Drop off the package at a DHL parcel shop. Simply show the QR code and they will print a return label for you.
  4. The return fee of 4.95 € will be deducted from your refund. This applies to returns within the EU. If you return from outside the EU, you will receive return instructions by email after registering in the portal, and you arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself.

Return guidelines:

Please ensure that items are unworn and in perfect condition. Please avoid returning items with makeup, perfume, sweat, or similar marks. Please return items in their original packaging with all tags attached, if possible.

The return period is 30 days from receipt of goods.

If you do not use our returns portal, you are responsible for shipping and must provide a tracking number.

How long does it take to process my return?

You will receive your refund within 2-3 weeks after dropping off the package at the parcel shop. The carrier typically needs 5-10 business days to return the package to our warehouse. We then process your return within a few business days and notify you by email once the refund has been issued.

Always request a receipt so you can track your return shipment.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nordic Fashion Stores ApS, Stokagervej 29, 8240 Risskov, Denmark, contact@pitayacph.com, Phone: +45 30 20 82 72) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Complaints

Have you received a defective or incorrect item?

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Send us your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the item by email.
  • Complaints are handled exclusively in writing: contact@pitayacph.com

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, products carry a two-year warranty. The right of complaint covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects must be reported to Nordic Fashion Stores ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.

The right of complaint does not apply in cases of incorrect or unusual use of the product.

If your complaint is justified, you may receive a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction, depending on the specific circumstances.

Nordic Fashion Stores ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent. Items must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to obtain a receipt for your shipment so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

5. Scope and General Information

(1) Subject to individual agreements that take precedence over these Terms and Conditions, the following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between the Seller and the Customer.

(2) The Customer is a consumer insofar as they enter into the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity. A business customer is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.

6. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The contract is concluded with:

(2) The essential characteristics of the goods are set out in the respective product description provided by the Seller.

(3) All offers in the Seller's online shop represent a non-binding invitation to the Customer to submit a corresponding purchase offer to the Seller. Once the Seller has received the Customer's order, the Customer will first receive a confirmation of receipt of their order, usually by email (order confirmation). The order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the order.

(4) The Customer can select products from the Seller's range and collect them in a shopping cart via the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking the "Checkout" button, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart. Before submitting the order, the Customer can review and modify the data at any time. The contract is only concluded when the Seller issues a separate acceptance by email.

7. Subject Matter, Quality, Delivery, Product Availability

(1) The subject matter of the contract is the goods specified in the order and named in the order and/or confirmation at the final prices stated in the online shop. Errors and omissions are reserved, particularly regarding product availability.

(2) The quality of the ordered goods is determined by the product descriptions in the online shop. Images on the website may only represent the products approximately; in particular, colours may deviate significantly for technical reasons. Images serve only as illustrative material and may differ from the product.

(3) If no copies of the product selected by the Customer are available at the time of order, the Seller will inform the Customer in the order confirmation. If the product is permanently unavailable, the Seller will refrain from issuing an acceptance. No contract is concluded in this case.

(4) If the product ordered by the Customer is only temporarily unavailable, the Seller will also notify the Customer promptly. In the event of a delivery delay of more than two weeks, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract.

8. Payment

Nordic Fashion Stores ApS accepts the following payment methods:

Payment is only charged to your account when the physical item is shipped. We do not charge card fees.

All prices on the website include VAT.

Nordic Fashion Stores ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is secure and cannot be read by unauthorised parties.

9. Transport Damage

(1) If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, the Customer is asked to report these defects immediately to the delivery driver and to contact the Seller as soon as possible.

(2) Failure to make a complaint or contact has no consequences for the Customer's statutory warranty rights but helps the Seller to assert its own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

10. Warranty

(1) The Seller is liable for material defects in accordance with applicable statutory provisions.

(2) A guarantee for the goods delivered by the Seller only exists if it was expressly given in the order confirmation for the respective item.

11. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made.

12. Liability

13. Privacy

We collect and share the personal data necessary to deliver goods to you.

To enter into a contract with Nordic Fashion Stores ApS, we require the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Personal data is registered with Nordic Fashion Stores ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted. We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection of your data.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this always occurs with your explicit consent, so you are informed exactly which information is collected and why.

The director and employees of Nordic Fashion Stores ApS have access to the information registered about you.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. 14. Contract Text

The contract text is stored on the Seller's internal systems. The Customer can view the General Terms and Conditions at any time in their customer account. Order data is sent to the Customer by email, and the Terms and Conditions are available on the website at all times.

15. Consumer Protection

If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, you must contact contact@pitayacph.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to:

16. Governing Law

(1) The contract language is English.

(2) The laws of Denmark apply to contracts between the Seller and the Customer. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

(3) If the Customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the Customer and the Seller is the Seller's registered office.
