Register your return via our returns portal. You will receive a QR code by email. Drop off the package at your nearest DHL parcel shop — show the QR code and they will print a return label for you. The return fee of 4.95 € will be deducted from your refund.
Start an exchange through our returns portal. All exchanges are free (applies to one exchange). We will ship the new item within 3 business days of receiving your return.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please avoid returning items with makeup, perfume, sweat, or similar marks. You have 30 days from receipt to initiate a return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is completed.
Within the EU, shipping is free on orders over 59 €. For orders under 59 €, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For destinations outside the EU, shipping costs vary and will be displayed at checkout.

Orders placed on business days are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Pre-orders may have longer processing times, which is always stated in the product description.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Klarna, PayPal, and other local payment methods depending on your country.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped. You can use it to follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
