When will my order be shipped?
We dispatch your order within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends are processed Monday.
Which carrier delivers my order?
DHL is standard for most markets. Other carriers may be available depending on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Netherlands, Sweden and Finland: 1–4 business days. Other EU countries: 3–7 business days. Outside EU: 3–7 business days.
Where can I find my tracking?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking link.
How do returns work?
Through our returns portal in 4 steps. Service fee 4.95 €. Free exchange once per order. Start your return.
What about damaged items?
Contact us immediately at contact@pitayacph.com with photos. We'll arrange replacement or refund - free of charge.
