Do I need to pack the parcel myself?
Yes, you need your own packaging. You can reuse the original packaging or use another secure box. The main thing is that the items are well protected.
What does the return cost?
4.95 € is deducted from your refund. Exchange (one per order) is free of charge. Outside the EU: you arrange and pay for your own return shipping (no service fee). Instructions are sent by email when you register in the portal.
Where can I find my order number?
In your order confirmation email or in your Pitaya account under "My orders". It starts with #COM and has 6-7 digits. Can't find it? Email us.
How long do I have?
30 days from receipt of your order. Register your return in the returns portal within this period - you then have a few more days to drop off the parcel.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Yes. In the returns portal you can choose whether to receive your money back or exchange. Exchange is free once per order.
When do I get my money back?
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, the refund takes 10-14 business days. It is automatically credited to the original payment method - you do not need to do anything.
